Major Sadness....

I'm sure you all remember my friend B, who is the funniest man I know, next to John? And B's sister, Jennifer was pregnant with quads? Anyway, she delivered those little babes 6 weeks ago. They were small but healthy and their family was so ecstatic. Jennifer and Shaun had been trying to have a baby for about 5 years and finally IVF worked. Anyway, one of the smallest quads, Berkley, ended up getting sick last week. She was septic and was having brain bleeding on both sides. After surgeries and some time on a ventilator, they finally realized, that Berkley wasn't supposed to be here with them. So, on Sunday, we went to Berkley's funeral. It was so sad. She didn't even weigh 2 pounds and was so tiny. It was the most horrific experience. I sat and snuggled my babies a little tighter and was so thankful to God that they were healthy. I couldn't even imagine what Jennifer was going through. She was so sad. Addison loves Mrs. Jennifer and was sad that Mrs. Jennifer was sad. Which was so sweet. Shaun, I think, had been taking it extremely hard. But, they said that the best thing for them was to go and concentrate on their other three babies. Hopefully, Brayden( the only boy) will be coming home in a few weeks. I just hope that God can help them find peace and understanding.
